"Roxx Revolt and The Velvets quickly emerged as a ‘tour de force’ in the Florida music scene and has since gained a tremendous local and worldwide fan base, including attracting the attention from major record labels”.

In 2014, Roxx Revolt made the move from Venezuela to the United States as an aspiring professional musician. At just 23, she possessed nearly a decade of experience as a singer and songwriter under her belt, having been heavily involved in her country’s music scene since the young age of 14. So, upon settling in the bustling city of Naples in South Florida, she didn’t hesitate to jump into local open mics. Here, she quickly amassed new friends and followers, and eventually met bassist Dan Heath.

In 2017, following the release of her first single “Delilah”, Roxx recruited metal maestro Heath to join her in the creation of a full rock and roll band. For nearly a year, the two’s fledgling project struggled to take off as the process of finding the right musicians proved arduous. But the addition of polished lead guitarist Jake Shockley in 2018 reignited that spark of hope; Roxx’s vision was piecing together.

The last piece of their puzzle was a drummer that could fit their musical paradigm and professional drive, and it was in 2020 that they at last met their match. With hard-hitting rhythm and the ability to play multiple styles, the young Christopher Campo fit the bill and more with his years of technical training and an avid love for music.

Finally complete, Roxx Revolt and The Velvets quickly emerged as a ‘tour de force’ in the Florida music scene and has since gained a tremendous local and worldwide fan base, including attracting the attention from major record labels.

In September of 2020, the group signed an international recording contract with American record producer Steven Machat and partner Debbie Veltri on the newly founded record label SSK Records, a division of The School of Sacred Knowledge.

Following the launch of the new single King Revolt in January 2021, Roxx Revolt and The Velvets also plan to record a full feature length album in the beginning of the year and hopes to be touring by Summer 2021.
